If you are not happy with the quality of the goods and you are still within 28 days of purchase, we’ll offer you an exchange or your money back.

how to return your product

Returning a product is very simple. Please email us at counsel@joiumbrellas.co.uk with your fault and we will address your problem in the best way possible. When sending the umbrella back, so that you can track your return, remember to get the Post Office to give you a receipt of postage. We will refund the full cost to your credit card as soon as we receive your package.
